Boiler Training
Wellman Robey provide training in the safe operation and maintenance of boiler plant which can be held at the customers premises or on site or at our boiler works in Oldbury.
Training courses are in a one or two day format with all aspects of safety covered together with mandatory requirements of checking and testing, efficiency and good housekeeping.
Subjects covered include
- Boiler thermal and mechanical design
- Safety aspects, HSE, PM5, PM60 and AOTC GN4
- Daily mandatory operating requirements
- Daily maintenance requirements
- Periodic maintenance requirements
- Combustion efficiency checks
- Basic fault finding and remedies
- Efficient operation
- Good housekeeping within the boilerhouse
Wellman Robey training courses provide efficient and practical training for all personnel involved with boiler operations. Courses can be tailored to requirements. Wellman Robey limit class sizes to a maximum of eight personnel to ensure that the training given is of the highest quality.
Developing skills and awareness of boilerhouse and plant operation is possibly the best way to ensure that your boiler operates at peak efficiency, with minimum running costs.
