Three more hospitals have placed orders for Wellman Robey boilers. Most of these contracts include installation of the units and are covered by long-term maintenance contracts.
The latest orders come from Rochdale Royal Infirmary, BirminghamCityHospital and Birmingham Children’s Hospitals.
At Rochdale a Wellman Robey ‘Ygnette’ hot water boiler with a 800 kW output is to be dual fuel fired with natural gas and light oil with a working pressure of 4.5 bar.g.
A Wellman Robey hire boiler is currently supplying steam for BirminghamCityHospital while a new Robey Loos UL-S IE 5000 kg/hr boiler is being installed by the company. The new steam boiler has an integrated economiser to maximize efficiency and is fitted with a G.P Burner, also manufactured by the Wellman Group.
Two new Wellman Robey UT-M 34, three pass, wet-back boilers are to be installed for high pressure hot water supply at Birmingham Children’s Hospital in 2010.
All Wellman Robey boilers have a life expectancy of over 25 years and are designed to meet all foreseeable emissions legislation giving maximum fuel efficiency over light to heavy demand.
