Wellman Robeys range of waste heat products are specifically designed to optimise either steam or hot water ouput at minimum operating cost when using hot gases from incinerators, reciprocating engines, turbines or other waste sources.

Incinerator Gases

A range of waste and process heat boilers are available which provide bespoke solutions for the safe handling of hot gases from incinerators which combine toxins and other particulate matter. The designs provide for maximum flexibility of operation and minimum downtime for cleaning.

Design & Construction

All waste heat boilers are constructed in accordance with the latest british standards or other international codes of practice where required.

Thermal designs follow Wellman Robey's conservative parameters ensuring large stored steam spaces, excellent thermal reserve and ease of access to both gas and water slide surfaces, minimising maintenance costs.

Energy Saving

Waste heat boilers and economisers are purposely designed with low gas side pressure losses, improving overall efficiencies, particularly benefiting CHP turbine energy in / out performances.
